Elizabeth Bardales Moreno-Robb

Elizabeth Bardales Moreno-Robb has been a steadfast advocate for nearly two decades, representing clients from diverse backgrounds in a broad spectrum of personal injury cases. Her practice encompasses personal injury matters such as defective property conditions, construction defects, motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, truck incidents, dog bites, and third-party workplace accidents. Throughout her career, Elizabeth has successfully negotiated and litigated against large entities, including insurance companies, corporations, and government bodies. Born and raised in East San Jose, Elizabeth witnessed the challenges faced by the Latin/Hispanic community in the legal system. As a Spanish-speaking attorney, she integrates her understanding of Latin/Hispanic culture with legal expertise to achieve equitable resolutions for her clients.

Elizabeth earned her undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University in 1998, majoring in Spanish and political science with a pre-law focus. She graduated from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2004. An active member of professional organizations, Elizabeth is involved with the Alameda County Bar Association, Alameda Contra Costa Trial Lawyers Association, and the Consumer Attorneys of California.

Outside of her legal practice, Elizabeth enjoys family time and supports local youth sports organizations. She resides in the Tri-Valley with her husband and two children.
