Kristy A Hernandez

Kristy A Hernandez earned her B.A. in Political Science and Comparative Literature from the University of California at Davis. She went on to receive her Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Advocacy from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.

In 2004, Kristy established the Law Office of Kristy Hernandez, which has expanded its presence to include offices in Sacramento and Fresno. She has successfully assisted hundreds of clients seeking debt relief and is a fervent supporter of consumer legal rights.

Beyond her practice, Kristy served as an adjunct professor at McGeorge School of Law from 2004 to 2007, where she taught legal writing and oral advocacy.

Kristy is an active member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice in the Eastern and Northern California Districts of the U.S. Federal Court. She is also involved with the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the American Association of University Women, and the National Association of Professional Women.

Outside of her professional life, Kristy enjoys reading, cooking, sipping wine, and traveling globally with her daughter and husband.
