Jennifer Doerrie

Jennifer Doerrie is a seasoned attorney specializing in immigration law, having exclusively practiced in this field since 1998. Her comprehensive expertise covers all facets of U.S. immigration and nationality law, including derivative citizenship, naturalization, and immigrant residency through family and employment sponsorship. She handles non-immigrant visas, such as F student visas, E, H-1B, J, O, L, TN for employees and investors, B visitor visas, K fiancé(e) visas, R religious worker visas, as well as T and U visas for trafficking and crime victims.

Ms. Doerrie's practice also extends to DACA, consular processing, waivers, and petitions under the Violence Against Women Act. She is proficient in asylum, NACARA, and refugee adjustment cases. Additionally, she litigates immigration removal cases before the U.S. Immigration Courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
