Andrew S. Mendlin

Andrew S. Mendlin, Vice-President and Supervising Attorney of Curtis Law Group, has dedicated his career to representing victims in motor auto incidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, dog bites, and product liability suits. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Davis in 1988, followed by a law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1995.

He is an active member of numerous legal organizations, including the Consumer Attorneys of California, American Association for Justice, State Bar of California, Sacramento County Bar Association, San Joaquin County Bar Association, Stanislaus County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Wray F. Ladine American Inn of Court.

Andrew frequently lectures on personal injury law and was a former host of Clear Channel Radio’s “On the Docket.” His expertise has also led to appearances as a legal analyst on Fox News and CNN.

Beyond his legal practice, Andrew served as the Past-President of the Modesto East Rotary Club and was a member of the Modesto City Planning Commission from 1999 to 2004. He currently contributes to the board of Hillel at Davis and Sacramento, an organization offering Jewish students spiritual, educational, and cultural programs.
