Ai Nhan Mina

A. Mina Tran is an accomplished immigration attorney with a career spanning more than 18 years. As a founding partner of Palmer & Tran, she currently manages and practices at Tran Law Group, dedicating her expertise entirely to immigration law.

Attorney Tran has shared her knowledge as a speaker on topics including immigration law, workers' compensation, and small business management at prestigious institutions such as UCLA School of Law and Whittier Law School. She has been a guest panelist at numerous EB-5 seminars organized by EB5Investors.com, the EB-5 Institute, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Additionally, she has served as an adjunct professor at Santa Ana College, teaching Immigration Law and Business Legal Environment courses, and has lectured on immigration business visas at California State University, Los Angeles.

Fluent in Vietnamese, Attorney Tran immigrated to the United States as a young refugee from Vietnam with her family. She completed her undergraduate degree at Boston College and obtained her legal education from UCLA School of Law.

Before focusing solely on immigration law, Attorney Tran specialized in employment and fair housing law and worked on class action torts involving both public and private defendants. She played a pivotal role in establishing the Hollywood Regional Center, where she served as Director, overseeing EB-5 operations and services. Her immigration practice includes representing businesses and projects seeking EB-5 investors, as well as assisting EB-5 investors in direct or Regional Center projects.
