Armen Kiramijyan

Armen Kiramijyan serves as Lead Counsel at KAASS Law, where he offers comprehensive and strategic courtroom advocacy to individuals, families, and businesses throughout California and beyond. He is licensed to practice in California, New York, Texas, Utah, and Washington, D.C., providing him with the ability to handle complex legal challenges across multiple jurisdictions.

Mr. Kiramijyan earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Southern California, and a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in San Diego. His economics background enhances his understanding of business, finance, and litigation strategy, offering clients a distinct advantage in negotiations and trials.

Admitted to the California Bar in 2011, Mr. Kiramijyan has developed a reputation for excellence over more than a decade in the courtroom, achieving over $500 million in recoveries through litigation, settlements, and trials. His practice areas include civil and business litigation, personal injury, real estate disputes, and intellectual property matters. Known for his analytical approach and client-focused strategies, he tailors his legal tactics to meet the unique goals of each client.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Kiramijyan has been an adjunct professor at California State University, Northridge, and Glendale Community College, teaching Business Law, Economics, and Social Science courses. He is authorized to practice before the United States Supreme Court, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.

Actively participating in the San Diego, Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica Bar Associations, Mr. Kiramijyan is committed to professional development and legal excellence. His dedication has earned him recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2014–2023) and a Super Lawyer (2024–2025).
