Brandon K. Chock

Brandon K. Chock brings extensive expertise in a diverse range of real estate transactions, encompassing commercial, industrial, and residential acquisitions and dispositions. His practice includes leasing, real-estate secured financing, joint venture formation, and hospitality projects. Brandon adeptly represents private equity clients in the acquisition, financing, and development of both performing and distressed assets, while also working with private and institutional lenders on bridge, permanent, mezzanine, and construction financing secured by real estate projects nationwide.

Brandon has substantial experience in assisting investors and lenders, including regional centers, with structuring and documenting EB-5 financing. His leasing expertise is comprehensive, covering the drafting and negotiation of office, retail, industrial, and high-end residential leases for both landlords and tenants.

In the hospitality sector, Brandon has represented hotel clients in acquisitions, sales, various levels of financing, development, and management agreements, as well as liquor license negotiations.

Before joining JMBM, Brandon practiced law in New York and served as counsel to Warner Bros. Home Entertainment.
