David S. Shevitz

David S. Shevitz is a highly skilled bankruptcy attorney based in Glendale, California. He is certified as a Bankruptcy Specialist by the State Bar of California, Board of Judicial Specialization. David's practice encompasses business reorganizations, individual debtor representation, and creditor representation in bankruptcy proceedings and related business litigation.

From 2011 to 2015, David worked at a boutique bankruptcy firm, where he represented both individuals and businesses in Chapters 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases, as well as in related litigation. His commitment to bankruptcy law began during law school, where he took extensive courses in general bankruptcy and business reorganizations under Chapter 11.

David gained valuable experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable Sheri Bluebond at the US Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California and as an intern at the Office of the United States Trustee’s Santa Ana Division.
