David Goldberg

David Goldberg leads The Goldberg Legal Group with more than 18 years of legal expertise, focusing primarily on family and divorce law in Irvine. His approach is both aggressive and meticulous, ensuring thorough representation for his clients.

Initially, Mr. Goldberg honed his skills as a personal injury lawyer, gaining substantial experience in insurance defense and civil litigation. This foundation sparked his interest in family law, which he finds appealing due to its diverse nature. Family law enables him to integrate various legal disciplines, such as property, real estate, and tax law, areas he studied extensively during his legal education.

In his family law practice, Mr. Goldberg handles complex divorce cases involving significant assets and intricate business concerns. His broad legal background provides valuable insights, especially in contentious matters where stakes are high. His expertise extends to child custody, child support, spousal support, attorney fees, breach of fiduciary duty, law and motion, discovery, mediation, and settlement negotiations.

Mr. Goldberg earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California at Riverside and a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. He is admitted to practice before the California State Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

He is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Bar Association Family Law Section.
