Jeffrey Schwalbach

Jeff Schwalbach established DJA Injury Attorneys in 2025, focusing his practice on advocating for individuals injured by insurance companies and corporations. He personally manages each case from pre-litigation through resolution, ensuring clients receive the attention they deserve. Recognizing the physical and emotional toll of injury disputes, he remains consistently available to his clients throughout the process.

Between 2015 and 2017, Mr. Schwalbach represented insurance companies in cases related to auto and trucking accidents, property liability, and wrongful death. From 2017 to 2021, his focus shifted to defending physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers in cases involving professional negligence, wrongful death, elder abuse, dependent adult neglect, intentional torts, and civil rights violations.

Mr. Schwalbach earned his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2015. He is admitted to practice in all California state courts and the U.S. District Courts of California. Recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2019 to 2024, he was honored for his professional achievements and peer recognition.
