Jim Nguyen

Jim Nguyen founded his law practice in the area of Personal Injury, a field that deeply resonates with his personal values and upbringing. Inspired by his parents, who immigrated to the U.S. after fleeing the Vietnam War, Jim learned the importance of hard work and compassion early in life. These values have not only shaped his character but also guided his decision to pursue a career in law.

Jim obtained his law degree from Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law. His professional journey began at Callahan, Thompson, Sherman & Caudill, a prominent insurance defense firm in California. During his tenure there, Jim gained invaluable insights into the operations of insurance companies, which have been crucial in developing effective strategies for his clients' disputes. Whether negotiating settlements or representing families in jury trials, Jim is dedicated to providing excellent legal representation.

In 2019, Jim made a significant career move by establishing his own practice. Since its founding, he has successfully resolved hundreds of cases, recovering millions of dollars for his clients. In 2024, the firm was rebranded as Win Nguyen Law, a name that has since become well-recognized in the personal injury field.
