About Richard Wagner
Richard Wagner launched his legal career in 1998 as a criminal DUI prosecutor in Los Angeles. During his tenure as a Deputy City Attorney, he handled thousands of cases, including DUI, drunk driving, domestic violence, assault and battery, and firearms offenses in downtown LA. Since 2002, he has been practicing as a DUI criminal defense attorney in private practice.
In 2006, Richard Wagner delivered a lecture titled “What to Do If You Are Arrested for Drunk Driving” at Whittier Law School. His commitment to DUI defense is further evidenced by his completion of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHSTA) and International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Course.
