Shadi Ala'i Shaffer focuses her legal practice on Estate Planning, Trusts, Probate, and Trust Administration. Before embarking on her legal career, she gained invaluable skills from a diverse professional background, enhancing her ability to serve clients effectively. In her commitment to safeguarding families, children, and businesses from the complexities of the California Probate system, she established her own office. Her mission includes advocating for those injured and helping them navigate legal challenges outside the courtroom whenever possible.

Over two decades ago, Shadi co-founded the Asset Protection & Elder Law Center with her long-time friend Patrick P. Phancao. Their firm is dedicated to building lifelong client relationships, providing comprehensive support through every legal challenge. The firm’s motto, "To Educate, Motivate, and Protect," underscores their commitment to client service, responsiveness, and cost-effective representation. Shadi’s passion for estate planning has fostered enduring relationships with clients, many of whom regard her as both legal counsel and a trusted friend. Her current focus is on post-death administration, assisting Trustees in efficiently managing trust assets for beneficiaries.

Shadi is actively involved in the local community, contributing through legal work, donations, and volunteerism. She has served as a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters OC and has been a board member of Stand Up for Kids OC for 20 years, supporting homeless youth in transitioning to safe homes. Her entrepreneurial spirit drives her commitment to making a positive impact on others' lives. Shadi and her team aim to provide an experience that leaves clients feeling confident and supported.
