Paul Aghabala

Paul Aghabala, founder and president of Prestige Law, has dedicated nearly two decades to advocating for injury victims across California. His commitment to justice is deeply influenced by his family's journey to the United States to escape persecution.

Paul completed his undergraduate studies in Biological Sciences at the University of California, Irvine, and earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. During his time in law school, he excelled in trial advocacy competitions and became a registered agent with the United States Patent and Trademark Office after passing the U.S. Patent Bar.

Since 2002, Paul has handled high-stakes cases involving catastrophic injuries, employment disputes, elder abuse, and wrongful death. His impressive track record includes multiple seven- and eight-figure verdicts and settlements, such as an $8 million settlement for a construction accident victim and a $3 million jury verdict in a business dispute. With over 25 jury trials as lead or co-counsel, Paul is recognized for his courtroom expertise and willingness to take challenging cases to trial.

Acknowledged by peers as a Super Lawyer and a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Paul is renowned for his deep legal knowledge and compassionate client care. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Farsi, he effectively communicates with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Outside the courtroom, Paul serves on the board of ECHO Inc., supporting affordable housing for U.S. veterans. In his personal time, he enjoys playing soccer with his children, hiking, and scuba diving, always returning to his practice with renewed energy and dedication.
