Philip Shakhnis

Philip Shakhnis is a highly experienced attorney with more than 20 years dedicated to advocating for tenants' rights. Based in Lancaster, California, Philip has represented hundreds of tenants living in substandard conditions. His practice focuses on cases involving carbon monoxide leaks, mold exposure, and lead poisoning, particularly in children.
