Brinda Gandhi

Brinda Gandhi, also known as Brinda Mehta, leads as the principal attorney at BG Family Law, APC. With a specialization as a Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS), she is committed to delivering impactful results for her clients. Brinda's extensive expertise in family law, combined with her courtroom experience, allows her to address each case's unique aspects efficiently and effectively.

Licensed in both India and California, Brinda offers seamless legal guidance for clients with interests in both regions, especially in complex international divorce and custody matters. Her proficiency in immigration law further enhances her ability to navigate cross-border cases with ease.

As a community leader, Brinda has served as the past President and Board Chair of the South Asian Helpline and Referral Agency (SAHARA), where she supported victims of domestic violence. Her activism has been recognized with the N24 Excellence Honor for her contributions to the South Asian American and South Asian communities.

Brinda's dedication to service was acknowledged when she was named Assembly District Woman of the Year by Assembly Woman Cristina Garcia (D-Bell Gardens). With over 15 years of legal experience, Brinda holds an LL.B. from K.C. Law College, University of Mumbai, graduating in the top 10% of her class. She also completed The Stanford LEAD: Personal Leadership Certificate, a comprehensive program fostering principled and effective leadership.
