Matthew David Resnik

Matthew David Resnik earned his Juris Doctorate in 1996. Since then, he has dedicated his legal career to Consumer Bankruptcy, focusing on assisting individuals facing financial challenges. In 2003, he established Simon Resnik LLP, which merged with Resnik Hayes Moradi LLP in 2018.

Matthew has been a keynote speaker at numerous seminars on the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005. He is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA). He also participates in the Central District Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys Association (CDCBAA).
