Daniel E. Kann

After earning a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Utah in 1999, Daniel E. Kann pursued a law degree at the University of San Francisco, School of Law. During his time there, he participated in a program with the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office, gaining early experience in criminal defense.

Attorney Kann was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2004, launching his career at a private criminal defense firm. He later joined the Kern County Public Defenders Office, quickly advancing to handle felony trials. In 2008, Daniel established The Law Offices of Daniel E. Kann, focusing on serious felony and misdemeanor charges such as murder, manslaughter, and assault.

Licensed to practice in all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California, Attorney Kann serves clients across Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, Kern, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. He has managed over 3,000 criminal cases, demonstrating extensive expertise.

A member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, NORML, the California DUI Lawyers Association, California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, and the California Public Defenders Association, Daniel remains actively involved in the legal community.
