Elliot Conn

Elliot Conn has committed his legal career to safeguarding consumer rights. After earning his degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, he immediately set out to make a difference. During his time at Berkeley, Elliot gained invaluable experience as a student advocate with the East Bay Community Law Center, assisting consumers across various legal matters. He also played a pivotal role in founding the Berkeley Consumer Advocacy and Protection Society and served as Senior Editor for the Berkeley Journal of International Law.

Prior to establishing Conn Law, PC, Elliot honed his skills at Kemnitzer, Barron & Krieg LLP, a renowned consumer protection firm in San Francisco. There, he successfully litigated hundreds of consumer cases, including both individual and class actions, achieving significant victories such as eliminating over $1 billion in consumer debt for Californians and recovering millions nationwide.

Elliot is a frequent speaker on consumer law topics, including lemon law, auto finance issues, and dealer fraud. His expertise is regularly sought after by institutions such as the University of California, Berkeley, where he is an annual guest lecturer for the Introduction to Consumer Law course. His lectures extend to UC Hastings Law School and organizations like the National Association of Consumer Advocates and the International Organization of Lemon Law Administrators.

Dedicated to nurturing future consumer lawyers, Elliot volunteers as a supervising attorney at the EBCLC Consumer Rights Workshop, guiding Berkeley Law students. Additionally, he contributes to the Berkeley Center for Consumer Law & Economic Justice as a member of its Advisory Board.
