Jerod Gunsberg

Jerod Gunsberg is the founder and lead attorney of the Law Offices of Jerod Gunsberg, based in Los Angeles, California. As a seasoned criminal defense attorney, he represents clients across all California state and federal criminal matters. His practice encompasses a wide range of cases, including misdemeanors, violent offenses, complex narcotics, white-collar crime, medical marijuana defense, sex crimes, elder abuse, computer crime, and juvenile criminal issues.

Mr. Gunsberg embarked on his legal career after a successful stint in the entertainment industry, where he owned an independent record label. He pursued his lifelong dream of practicing law and graduated as a University Honors Scholar from New York University.

He also handles pre-indictment representation and collaborates with federal agencies like the FBI, DEA, Secret Service, Homeland Security, IRS CID, USPIS, USDA, and the Department of Education.
