Marie Puertollano

Marie Puertollano, the Managing Attorney at the law offices of Jacob Sapochnick, is a distinguished member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Born in France, she holds two Master Degrees in Law: one in Public Law from France and another in Comparative Law (LL.M) from the United States. Fluent in French, English, and Spanish, Ms. Puertollano is well-equipped to serve a diverse clientele.

Her legal practice focuses on representing individuals in removal proceedings before the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the BIA, and immigration courts. She is proficient in handling all areas of immigration law, including family-based, employment-based, and investment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visas. Specifically, she manages cases involving family-based visas such as marriage, fiancé, and I-751 petitions, as well as employment-based visas like H-1B, H-3, TN, R-1, L-1, PERM, and EB1C. Her expertise extends to investment-based petitions such as E-2 visas, and she also handles naturalization, DACA, F-1 reinstatement, and visas for extraordinary abilities (O-1, NIW, and EB-1A), athlete visas (P-1), I-360 Victim of Violence Visas (VAWA), and asylum cases.
