Mona Deldar

Mona Deldar was born and raised in Northern California. She earned her Bachelor’s degree with Honors from the University of California, Berkeley. Her legal career was inspired by an internship at a personal injury law office, which led her to pursue a career in litigation. She attended the University of San Francisco School of Law, contributing to the Maritime Law Journal, and received her Juris Doctorate in 2003.

Mona focuses on representing plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. She is committed to assisting individuals who may lack the resources to confront insurance companies, offering effective representation without upfront fees.
