His extensive training in Psychiatry and 15 years of operating a rehabilitation clinic provide him with a profound understanding of the human mind, including neurological, endocrine, and psycho-social factors influencing behavior.

In 2012, a personal tragedy struck when his aunt, a medical doctor, and his uncle, a minister, were involved in a severe head-on collision. This event led Reddy to return to his hometown to assist in caring for his uncle, who suffered from traumatic brain injuries and other physical ailments. Together with his family, including his father, a physical therapist, Reddy provided dedicated care for seven years, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges faced by caregivers.

Reddy's empathy for injured clients extends to understanding their physical and emotional struggles, altered behavior patterns, and medical needs. His skills in effective communication and creating comfortable environments during intakes and trial procedures are invaluable in assisting injured clients.
