Shaun Khojayan

Shaun Khojayan leads Shaun Khojayan and Associates, a dedicated criminal defense law firm in Los Angeles. The firm provides robust representation in California State Courts and all United States Federal Courts. Specializing in Criminal Defense and Appeals/Appellate Law, Mr. Khojayan has a proven track record in complex federal felony trials, achieving numerous not guilty verdicts.

Mr. Khojayan earned his J.D., with Distinction, from the University of the Pacific. His expertise extends to writing and arguing appeals before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, where he has secured reversals of several convictions. He is also a lifetime member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
