Ralph S. Curtis

Ralph S. Curtis, CEO and Supervising Attorney of Curtis Legal Group, brings over four decades of legal experience to his role. Specializing in personal injury cases, Ralph advocates for clients involved in car, train, plane, truck, and boat accidents. His background in the insurance industry equips him with a unique perspective, enabling him to navigate complex settlements or proceed to trial when necessary.

Ralph graduated magna cum laude from St. Mary’s College with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He earned his law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 1974 and obtained his Mediation certification from Pepperdine University in 2006. Since 2000, Ralph has consistently achieved an AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, placing him among the top 10% of attorneys nationwide for legal ability and ethical standards.

In 1997, Ralph served as President of the Stanislaus County Bar Association and is a founding member of the Wray F. Ladine American Inn of Court. His memberships include the American Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, State Bar of California, Sacramento County Bar Association, and San Joaquin County Bar Association.

Ralph's community involvement is extensive. He is a Past-President of the Ceres Rotary Club and has been a board member of the Stanislaus Economic Development and Workforce Alliance. Additionally, he has contributed his time to the Salvation Army Advisory Board, Modesto Chamber of Commerce, County Health Services Agency, and served as Past Chairman for St. Joseph’s Catholic Church Parish Council.
