Roeuth Sam

Roeuth Sam established his law firm after gaining valuable experience at one of California's largest plaintiff personal injury firms. Over the past 18 years, he has successfully represented over a thousand injured clients. Initially, Mr. Sam worked in the pre-litigation department, where he engaged with clients, gathered evidence, investigated accident scenes, facilitated necessary medical treatments, obtained medical records, crafted demand packages, negotiated with numerous insurance adjusters, and achieved favorable settlements.

Transitioning to the litigation department, Mr. Sam litigated hundreds of cases, guiding clients through the complexities of the legal process. His responsibilities included filing lawsuits, managing written interrogatories, conducting depositions, retaining expert witnesses, and representing clients in court. He also handled motions, mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and trials. Notably, Mr. Sam has settled cases valued at seven figures.

Mr. Sam's educational background includes an Associate's Degree in General Education from Modesto Junior College in 2001, followed by a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy with a Concentration in Ethics and Law from California State University, Sacramento, graduating Cum Laude. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from California Western School of Law in 2007, where he was recognized on the Dean’s List twice and received an American Jurisprudence Award.
