Jay Nabil Razzouk

Jay Nabil Razzouk has dedicated over a decade to representing investors in public companies, focusing on shareholder derivative actions and complex class action litigation. His efforts have resulted in significant financial recoveries and corporate governance improvements. Jay's legal investigations have addressed issues such as accounting fraud, executive compensation, board entrenchment, board elections, corporate takeovers, inadequate internal controls, and violations of the False Claim Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, anti-money laundering laws, and vehicular and aeronautical safety regulations.

Since 2017, Jay has shifted his focus to assisting entrepreneurs in forming and operating their businesses. He represents clients in contract and business disputes, including complex multi-state litigation and film ownership rights. He provides guidance in the nonprofit, food, health, and entertainment sectors on matters such as business formation, governance, contract negotiations, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.

Beyond his legal practice, Jay manages a media production business. He and his wife are currently co-producing a documentary series titled “Unbroken Minds” (www.unbrokenminds.com), which explores mental health restoration. For this project, they have traveled nationwide to capture over 150 personal testimonies and expert interviews.

Jay earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2008 and a B.S. in Business Accounting from La Sierra University in 2005.
