Richard Samuel Price

R. Sam Price leads the Price Law Firm, APC, a boutique practice dedicated to probate, estate planning, trust administration, and litigation. His ability to demystify complex legal concepts for his clients is a hallmark of his practice. Sam represents clients in probate matters, as well as prosecuting and defending in probate and trust litigation. An author client was so impressed by his work that she featured a character based on him in her novel, “Battle of the Wills.”

Sam assists clients in safeguarding their families through comprehensive estate planning and long-term care strategies. He also guides successor trustees in administering trusts following a settlor's passing.

Sam earned his Master of Laws from New York University School of Law and a Juris Doctor with honors from Western New England College School of Law. His academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, concentrating in finance, from California State University, San Bernardino.

Outside the office, Sam enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife Tiffany, a British TV reporter, their son, and their Beagle. He is also passionate about woodworking, having crafted several unique furniture pieces for his office.
