Anya Lear

With a robust track record spanning more than 10 years, Anya Lear has established herself as a compassionate and diligent advocate in the field of immigration law. She excels in assisting clients with family-based immigration petitions, naturalization applications, DACA, asylum, and a variety of other immigration matters. Her approach is both client-oriented and detail-focused, ensuring each case is handled with care and professionalism.

Anya Lear earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and has been licensed to practice law in Colorado since 2012. She is fully bilingual in English and Russian, which enhances her ability to serve a diverse clientele.

In addition to her legal practice, Anya is actively involved in volunteer work. She contributes her expertise to the Colorado Lawyers Committee's legal clinic and the Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network, supporting low-income adults and children in immigration proceedings.
