Brian J. Bagley

Brian J. Bagley serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Partner at the Bagley Law Firm, LLC, where he provides legal services to businesses, families, and individuals. His practice areas include family law, divorce, criminal law, personal injury, business law, and civil litigation.

Beyond his legal practice, Brian has dedicated a decade to public service, having served on the City Council and as Mayor of Longmont, Colorado. His commitment to the community extends to academia, where he teaches at the University of Colorado at Boulder's Leeds School of Business. He is also a professor for the university's Presidents Leadership Class, focusing on business, law, and leadership.

A proud alumnus of the University of Colorado, Brian earned his Juris Doctor from CU's School of Law and a Master of Business Administration from the Leeds School of Business. His career began as a senior analyst and key contributor to the New York Times Bestseller, "Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap… and Others Don’t." Brian's research for this project involved conducting detailed investigations and interviews on market-leading companies, and his work has been featured in major publications such as the Wall Street Journal and Harvard Business Review.

Licensed to practice law in Colorado since 1999, Brian is a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. His personal achievements include attaining the rank of Eagle Scout, fluency in Spanish, writing and directing a feature film distributed by Universal Vivendi, and volunteering as a foster-adopt parent.
