Igor Raykin

Igor Raykin has been a resident of Colorado for more than 30 years, following his emigration from St. Petersburg, Russia, in 1980. He is fluent in Russian and earned his degree from the University of Denver in 2000. Driven by a passion for education and learning, he furthered his studies by obtaining a Master’s of Humanities, with a focus on philosophy, from the University of Colorado at Denver in 2010.

Before embarking on his legal career, Igor spent several years as a teacher, particularly working with at-risk youth. His teaching experience includes positions at the Lookout Mountain Youth Services Center, a juvenile prison, and working with homeless youth. Additionally, he taught courses in criminal justice and political science at the college level.

Igor transitioned into law to continue helping individuals with their problems on a more personal level, drawn by the intellectual challenges and complexities that the legal field offers. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys playing guitar, reading, and exploring the beautiful Colorado wilderness. An avid traveler, Igor has visited 30 countries.
