Matthew Weidinger

Matthew Weidinger pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, earning a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy. He then advanced to the Penn State Dickinson School of Law for his Juris Doctor. During his time at Penn State, Matthew gained international recognition through publications on national sovereignty and UN agreements.

Returning to Colorado, Matthew began his legal career with the 21st Judicial District Attorney's Office in Mesa County, where he successfully prosecuted over a dozen cases, covering charges such as DUI and domestic violence assault. His trial work laid a strong foundation for his legal prowess.

Transitioning to private practice on the Front Range, Matthew now concentrates on Personal Injury law, addressing cases involving Slip and Falls, Brain Harm, and Spinal Cord Injuries. His expertise extends to the complexities of Car Incidents, Semi Truck Mishaps, and Motorcycle Accidents, where he diligently represents his clients' interests.

Matthew is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in Colorado. Prior to his legal career, he co-founded a local chapter of the Student Anti-Genocide Coalition (STAND), advocating for global human rights awareness. He also participated in the Model United Nations, competing internationally in Canada.

Outside of his professional life, Matthew cherishes the Colorado mountain wilderness, often exploring the Rockies with his wife and daughter.
