Mallory Kindsfather serves as an Associate Counsel at the Bagley Law Office, LLC, where she focuses exclusively on family law. With more than seven years of experience as a licensed attorney in Colorado, she is committed to helping families navigate complex legal challenges.

Before attending law school, Mallory gained practical insights as a law clerk and paralegal, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the legal field from the outset. Her approach is characterized by empathy and honesty, offering effective counsel in areas such as parenting time, spousal maintenance (alimony), child support, enforcement actions, and adoptions. Clients value her straightforwardness and dedication to achieving equitable and enduring resolutions.

Originally from Golden, Colorado, Mallory received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Colorado State University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Since being admitted to the bar in 2017, she has concentrated her practice exclusively on family law.

Outside her professional life, Mallory is an accomplished equestrian, having won a Colorado state championship, and has competed on a polo team. She is also passionate about fostering rescue dogs, participating in roller derby, and is an avid fan of Star Trek.
