Sandra J Nettleton

Sandra J. Nettleton recently retired from her accomplished career in law, where she led her own practice, The Nettleton Law Firm, in Aurora, Colorado. Sandra dedicated herself to providing personalized legal services, ensuring each client received the attention they deserved. Her practice focused on real estate, civil litigation, and bankruptcy, drawing from her rich life experiences to address the unique needs of each case.

Before retiring, Sandra was committed to helping clients navigate complex legal issues. She remains available to offer guidance and referrals to other reputable attorneys. Sandra's academic achievements include a B.A. in mathematics, with membership in Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Colorado in Boulder, and a J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law.

Sandra's career began with a successful tenure as an engineer and analyst in the aerospace sector, including four years as an officer in the U.S. Air Force at Space Division, followed by work with Department of Defense contractors. Her legal expertise spans multiple areas, including Estates and Probate and Family Law.

Active in the legal community, Sandra is involved with the Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Women's Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Society of Women Engineers. Though currently based in the Denver Metro Area, her legal practice previously extended to the western slope and rural mountain communities, including Clear Creek, Delta, Eagle, Grand, Lake, Mesa, Park, and Summit Counties.

Sandra's roles have included assistant town attorney in Delta County and municipal prosecutor in Leadville, Lake County. She continues to support clients in Summit, Clear Creek, Chaffee, and Lake counties, and has worked along the Front Range in Adams, Arapahoe, Denver, El Paso, and Jefferson Counties.
