Scott T. Melin

Scott Melin, J.D., M.A., is a Senior Managing Associate Attorney and the Chief Operating Officer at Bagley Law Firm, LLC. He spearheads a practice focused on high-stakes civil litigation, having secured client recoveries of $1.58 million, $1.2 million, and $1.875 million. Scott's practice spans personal injury, appeals, civil rights, and business disputes, often involving intricate legal challenges. He is also adept in high-conflict family law, offering guidance in emotionally charged cases.

A native of Colorado’s Front Range, Scott holds a degree in Philosophy and English from Colorado State University. He earned a merit scholarship to the University of Colorado Law School, where he was active in the Public Interest Student Association. His commitment to social justice took him to New York City, where he completed a Master’s in Human Rights at Columbia University with a 3.94 GPA. His involvement in anti-domestic violence efforts, like the Bringing Justice Home Project at Crossroads Safehouse, underscores his dedication.

Scott has also served on the Littleton City Council as Mayor Pro Tem. An outdoor enthusiast, he has traversed the 500-mile Colorado Trail and enjoys birding, fly fishing, and gardening. Scott resides in the Denver area with his wife and two children.
