A native of Colorado’s Front Range, Scott completed his undergraduate studies in Philosophy and English at Colorado State University. He was awarded a merit scholarship to attend the University of Colorado Law School in Boulder, where he actively participated as an executive in the Public Interest Student Association.

His passion for social justice took him to New York City, where he earned a Master’s degree in Human Rights from Columbia University, graduating with a 3.94 GPA.
