Darby Hoggatt leads Hoggatt Law Office, P.C. as the owner and managing attorney, bringing over two decades of experience in fighting for the rights of the injured. Originally from Wyoming and South Dakota, Darby graduated from Spearfish High School in 1988. He earned a Bachelor of Science in finance in 1992 and a law degree in 1995, both from the University of Wyoming.

After passing the bar exams in Colorado and Wyoming in 1995, Darby began his legal career at Hughes Law Office in Sundance, Wyoming, practicing general law from 1996 to 1997. He also passed the South Dakota bar exam in 1996 and worked as a mortgage banker in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In November 1999, Darby began focusing on workers’ compensation, personal injury, auto accident, and social security disability law in Fort Collins, Colorado. He is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and the Workers' Compensation Education Association, organizations committed to representing the injured against insurance companies.
