Dustin Harvey

Dustin Harvey serves as an Associate Attorney at The Bagley Law Firm, where he focuses on family law, criminal defense, and general civil litigation. He is an alumnus of Colorado State University and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law.

Before joining private practice, Dustin worked as a Deputy Public Defender with the Colorado State Public Defender’s Office in the 13th Judicial District. There, he represented clients in Morgan and Washington Counties, advocating for indigent individuals and developing a client-centered approach that continues to guide his practice.

In his private practice, Dustin concentrates on family law, handling complex legal issues such as negotiating and drafting parenting plans, separation agreements, and contempt citations. His dedication to prioritizing clients' best interests is a key aspect of his professional philosophy.

While his primary focus is family law and criminal defense, Dustin has also engaged in class action litigation. This experience allowed him to refine his analytical and organizational skills by managing data across multi-firm databases, aiding in the successful negotiation and litigation of high-stakes cases.

Beyond his legal career, Dustin enjoys the outdoor activities Colorado offers, including hiking, running, and target shooting. He is also fond of his two cats, who are said to reciprocate his affection.
