Michaela Quinlan

Michaela Quinlan serves as an associate attorney at The Bagley Law Office in Boulder, Colorado. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, personal injury cases, and domestic relations, including divorce and child custody matters. Originally from Cheshire, Connecticut, Michaela is the daughter of a nuclear engineer and a high school math teacher.

Michaela earned her Bachelor of Arts in both Anthropology and History from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she also led the university's rugby team as Head Captain. She further pursued her education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, achieving a Juris Doctor and a Master of Public Health, both with honors. At Pittsburgh, she held leadership roles as President of OUTLaw and Executive Editor of the Pittsburgh Tax Review.

Before her current role, Michaela gained significant experience at a family law firm in Colorado's 6th Judicial District, handling a wide range of family law cases. Her responsibilities included divorce, child custody, post-decree modifications, protection orders, adoptions, and domestic violence claims. Additionally, she served as Corporate Counsel for T-Mobile, managing regulatory affairs and working with state utility commissions across California and other western states.

Michaela is committed to public service, having volunteered as a children's immigration attorney with Kids in Need of Defense, offering pro bono services for children in U.S. Immigration Court. Outside her professional life, Michaela enjoys rock climbing, soccer, skiing, backpacking, painting, reading, cooking, and spending time with her dog, Wicklow.
