Gregory M. Rada

Gregory M. Rada is a dedicated attorney who personally manages each case from start to finish. Since 2012, he has focused on representing veterans and their families before the Veterans Administration. As the founder of After Service LLC, Gregory ensures that veterans receive representation from someone who shares their experiences.

Specializing exclusively in VA disability compensation, pension, and survivor benefit appeals, Gregory handles cases at all levels of the VA. His practice spans Regional Offices nationwide, the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (BVA), and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC).

Gregory's military career began in 2002 when he enlisted in the United States Air Force. He served as an instructor loadmaster on the C-17 cargo aircraft and achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant before his honorable discharge in 2008. His service in Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom included over 2200 flying hours, with 828 of those being combat flying hours.

While serving in the Air Force, Gregory earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Phoenix. After completing his military service, he pursued his legal education at the University of Connecticut School of Law, graduating in the top quarter of his class. Originally from Connecticut, Gregory now resides in Colorado with his wife, daughter, and son.
