During this time, he managed cases from minor traffic offenses to serious violent crimes, such as first-degree murder, aggravated robbery, and sexual assault.

Mr. Ponce has been instrumental in advising law enforcement on search and arrest warrants, record productions, and subpoenas. He has also served as a legal advisor to detectives and investigators on serious crime investigations and has trained prosecutors and police officers in investigating and prosecuting impaired driving offenses. His work has been featured in both local and national media.

With over 45 cases taken to verdict, Mr. Ponce maintains a strong record of success. He earned his juris doctorate from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2014.

Before his legal studies, Mr. Ponce attended Colorado Christian University, where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in English Literature in 2011. At CCU, he was the president of the Sigma Tau Delta chapter and completed the Reserve Officer Training Corps program.
