With a robust background in the software industry, John Arsenault brings a unique perspective to his role as a founding member of Wessels & Arsenault L.L.C., located in Broomfield, Colorado. His expertise spans across intellectual property and computer law, enabling him to adeptly represent both plaintiffs and defendants.

John's academic journey began after his tenure at two software companies in Austin, Texas, when he enrolled at the University of Oregon School of Law in 2005. During law school, he distinguished himself as an associate editor for the Oregon International Review of Law and served as a research assistant for two professors at the Knight Law School. His focus on intellectual property, business law, and computer law set the foundation for his future specialization.

In his practice, John addresses complex issues such as copyright and trademark law under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), cyberlaw, domain squatting, and virtual property disputes. He has efficiently managed numerous DMCA takedown notices to protect his clients' rights.
