Melissa Garscin

Melissa Garscin is a dedicated criminal defense attorney with over 20 years of experience practicing in Colorado. A native of the state, she earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver, College of Law in 1998. Melissa launched her legal career with the Colorado State Public Defender's Office, where she developed her expertise in defending cases involving murder, assault, organized crime, sex crimes, DUI, domestic violence, drug offenses, and traffic violations.

Melissa is recognized for her courtroom acumen, having tried over 100 cases across various jurisdictions in Colorado.
