Thomas Anthony Rodriguez

Thomas A. Rodriguez, a partner at Vincent, Romeo & Rodriguez, LLC in Louisville, Colorado, is a dedicated attorney serving clients throughout the state. His primary focus is on probate litigation, dealing with contested conservatorships and guardianships, fiduciary representation, and related matters. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Rodriguez has served as a fiduciary, acting as a personal representative and conservator.

Mr. Rodriguez began his academic journey at Hardin-Simmons University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in 1995. He then attended Emory University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1998. He is admitted to practice law in all Colorado state courts.

Before joining the firm in 2002, Mr. Rodriguez gained extensive litigation experience as a deputy public defender with the City of Aurora Public Defender's office, where he presented over 50 cases to juries. His career has been dedicated to addressing the complex and sensitive needs of elders and estate stakeholders. He actively participates in the Colorado Bar Association, serving on the executive council of its Elder Law Section and contributing to the Probate Trial & Procedure Subcommittee.

Mr. Rodriguez is also a member of the Boulder County Bar Association and has delivered numerous presentations on ethics and probate litigation to CBA members. His published articles address solutions to elder financial harm and the challenges conservators face when drafting wills for protected individuals. His contributions have been recognized by the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, which has elected him as a fellow.
