William Baker

William C. Baker, Esq., has been an integral part of Hampton & Pigott LLP since 2013, serving as an associate with a focus on probate litigation, estate planning, and criminal defense. He is admitted to practice before all Colorado County and District courts, the Colorado Court of Appeals, and the Colorado Supreme Court.

Mr. Baker is a member of both the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association. Before joining the firm, he managed his own law office and consulting firm, providing comprehensive legal and business solutions for those injured. Additionally, he played a key role in establishing a colleague's private practice in Englewood, CO.

Mr. Baker's educational background includes a Law Degree and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Denver. He also holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Communication and Business from Cornell University.

An advocate for community accessibility to legal services, Mr. Baker brings an entrepreneurial spirit to his practice. Outside of his legal career, he enjoys sarcasm, music, writing, drawing, and participating in various sports. A skiing enthusiast since age five, he began on the slopes near his hometown south of Buffalo, NY, before moving west after his undergraduate studies, spending time in Aspen.
