Carl O. Graham

Carl O. Graham serves as the managing partner of Graham.Law, a well-regarded family law firm in Colorado Springs. He earned his B.Sc. in Politics & International Studies from the University of Southampton in 1988, followed by a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 1991. His legal career commenced as an Army JAG officer from 1992 to 2000, after which he moved into private practice.

In his professional journey, Carl has been actively involved in various leadership roles within the legal community. He chaired the El Paso County Family Law Section and has held significant positions in the El Paso County Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association Family Law Section, and the Ben Wendelken American Inn of Court.

Carl is a seasoned presenter, having contributed to numerous Family Law Institutes and CBA-CLE seminars. He is the creator of two comprehensive online resources: the Colorado Divorce & Family Law Guide (www.colorado-family-law.com) and the Military Divorce Guide (www.military-divorce-guide.com). Furthermore, he authored “An Introduction to Family Law and the Military” for the Colorado Lawyer and wrote the Military Parenting chapter of the CBA publication, Practitioner’s Guide to Colorado Domestic Relations Law.
