Cory Tuck

Cory Tuck is a seasoned trial attorney with a robust background in various legal disciplines, including family law, civil litigation, personal injury, and military law. He launched his legal career as an Army Judge Advocate at Fort Carson, where he served for five years. During this time, he led over 60 jury and bench trials, effectively managing prosecutions and defenses in courts-martial. His military service also involved a year-long deployment to Afghanistan as a Brigade Judge Advocate for Operation Enduring Freedom.

After transitioning from active duty, Cory joined a prominent law firm in Colorado Springs, where he honed his skills in family and civil litigation. He now operates a private practice, focusing primarily on family law, where he has successfully litigated hundreds of cases. Known for his practical approach, Cory is committed to understanding his clients' challenges and crafting effective resolutions.

A native of Colorado, Cory grew up on a family farm and ranch. His passion for individual freedoms is reflected in his dedication to defending these values as both a soldier and an attorney. Outside of his legal practice, Cory enjoys hiking, Olympic-style weightlifting, and traveling. He is also a devoted fan of the Avalanche and Broncos.

Cory is a strong advocate for veterans and children, continuing to serve as a Trial Defense Services officer in the Army Reserves JAG Corps.
