Elaine Esther Lukic

Elaine Esther Lukic, a former prosecutor specializing in domestic violence and sexual assault, has dedicated over 27 years to criminal law. She is nationally recognized for her defense work in domestic violence cases, achieving a significant number of acquittals and dismissals in high-profile sexual assault cases. Her expertise has earned her listings in Who’s Who in Top U.S. Criminal Defense Attorneys and Who’s Who in American Criminal Lawyers.

Elaine received book awards for her work in trial workshops at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in December 1996 and May 1997.
