Cory Tuck

Cory Tuck is a seasoned trial attorney based in Colorado Springs with a robust background in various legal disciplines. He launched his legal career as an Army Judge Advocate at Fort Carson, where he served for five years on active duty. During this time, Cory acted as the lead counsel in over 60 jury and bench trials, adeptly managing prosecutions and defenses in courts-martial. His military tenure also included a year-long deployment to Afghanistan as a Brigade Judge Advocate for Operation Enduring Freedom. Currently, he continues his service as a Trial Defense Services officer in the Army Reserves JAG Corps.

After his active duty service, Cory joined a prominent downtown Colorado Springs law firm, where he practiced in family law, civil litigation, personal injury, and military law. In pursuit of providing more focused client service, Cory transitioned to private practice, concentrating primarily on family law. He has successfully litigated hundreds of cases, earning a reputation for his practical approach and commitment to resolving client disputes effectively.

A native of Colorado, Cory grew up on a family farm and ranch, instilling in him a passion for individual freedoms. This passion extends into his professional life as both a soldier and attorney. Outside of his legal work, Cory enjoys hiking, Olympic-style weightlifting, and traveling. He is an enthusiastic supporter of the Avalanche and Broncos. Cory is also a staunch advocate for veterans and children.
