Cameron Bedard

Cameron Bedard established Legal Rights & Liberties Law Practice to address systemic injustices within the criminal legal system. His practice emphasizes criminal defense and police misconduct civil rights violations. Previously, Cameron served as a Colorado State Public Defender in Arapahoe and Denver Counties, where he managed thousands of cases ranging from misdemeanors to severe felonies, including major drug trafficking, sex offenses, aggravated robberies, violent crimes, attempted murder, and homicides.

Following his tenure as a public defender, Cameron joined The Frank Law Office, a leading civil rights and criminal defense firm in Denver. Collaborating with Adam Frank, he engaged in high-stakes civil rights litigation against police officers and government officials. His efforts led to significant outcomes in cases involving excessive force, unconstitutional searches, false arrests, prisoner neglect, and free speech violations.

Cameron has extensive trial experience, having taken over 40 cases to trial, achieving numerous acquittals, and securing a civil rights verdict against an officer who breached his client's constitutional rights.
